About us
Blooming Lovely Nursery is a small family-run plant nursery serving Bristol, Mangotsfield, Downend, Emersons Green, Kingswood and South Gloucestershire. We can be reached at bloominglovelynurseryuk@gmail.com.
Reserving plants
Plants are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. When you enquire about a plant we'll confirm availability by email or Facebook message before any payment is taken.
Prices & payment
All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken on collection by cash, card or bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise.
Living plants
Every plant we sell has been grown by hand and inspected before it leaves us. Because plants are living things, we can't guarantee how they perform once they're in your care, but we'll always offer friendly advice if something isn't thriving.
Refunds & swaps
If you collect a plant and it's not what you expected, let us know within 7 days and we'll arrange a swap or refund of the plant price.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the plants supplied.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
