Picking up your plants
We're a small family nursery, so collection is by friendly arrangement — never a queue at a garden centre.
Local collection
Most customers collect their plants by arrangement across Bristol, Mangotsfield, Downend, Emersons Green, Kingswood and the wider South Gloucestershire area. Once you enquire, we'll confirm what's ready and arrange a time and pick-up point that suits you both.

Looking after plants on the way home
Plants don't love a hot car for hours. We'll wrap them carefully, but try to head straight home and give them a drink when you arrive. If you have a long journey, mention it when booking and we'll pack accordingly.
If something goes wrong
If a plant doesn't travel well or looks unhappy after collection, get in touch within a week and we'll sort it out — we want every plant to settle in well.
