When you message us through the contact form or email, we receive your name, email address and the message you send. If you reach us on Facebook, the usual Facebook account details are shared with us.

We only use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange plant collection or answer growing questions. We never add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Messages are stored in our personal email account. We delete enquiries once they're no longer needed.
